These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the lenkidiin.click website and any mixing, mastering, sound design, or related audio services ("Services") provided by Waveform Audio Co. ("Waveform," "we," "us"), located at 1417 R Street, Suite 210, Sacramento, CA 95814. By using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Waveform provides mixing, mastering, stem mastering, sound design, vocal tuning and editing, and remote session review for artists, labels, and studios. Final scope, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in writing (email or invoice) after your project brief before work begins.
Quotes are estimates based on the scope described in your project brief and may change if additional revision rounds, stems, or services are requested beyond what was quoted. Full album and custom sound design projects require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the estimated project cost to begin work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files.
You may cancel a project at no charge if cancellation is made before work has begun. Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable, though we will credit any unused portion toward a future project where reasonable. For scheduled remote sessions, we request at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel without a rescheduling fee. The U.S. does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for custom, personalized creative services once work has commenced.
If you supply your own stems, session files, or reference material, Waveform is not responsible for pre-existing quality issues, corrupted files, or rights/clearance issues in material you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure you hold the necessary rights or licenses to any material submitted for mixing, mastering, or sound design.
Each service tier includes a stated number of revision rounds, described on our Pricing section (typically 2 rounds for mixing, 3 for mastering). Additional revision rounds beyond what's included may be billed at our standard hourly rate. Final files are delivered digitally in the agreed format(s); physical media delivery (e.g., archival drives) is available on request for an additional fee.
You retain all ownership rights to your original recordings, compositions, and the final mixed/mastered/sound-designed deliverables. Waveform retains ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, or sound-design source libraries used in producing your project, but grants you full rights to use the final delivered files for your intended purpose. Waveform may request permission to use excerpts of completed work in its portfolio; you may decline this in writing at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Waveform's total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Waveform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost opportunities. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of original session files and stems submitted to us.
We retain project session files and stems for 90 days after final delivery to support revisions, after which they may be archived or deleted. Extended archival storage is available on request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek relief in small claims court for qualifying disputes.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
